WIR–March 06, 2011

I need to update yesterdays weekly totals.  I train Sunday – Saturday.  Yesterday, I ended up getting some good mileage in on the trainer and running in the rain – 20 mile hard trainer sessions (3 x 10 @ FTP) and a 10 mile run.

New totals for the week:

Totals:

SWIM – 1000 yards

BIKE – 86.3 miles

RUN – 33.6 miles

I don’t know if I am hard headed but fear getting back on the bike never entered my mind.  I guess I don’t think about those things.

I am a new follower and I want to do an Ironman so badly. Nowhere near it currently, so I'm going to read your blog and live through you for now.

The real point of this comment was to you let you know that I originally read your weekly swimming distance and thought it said "miles" instead of "yards." I freaked out for you. There was an audible gasp.
