Mental skills....Can't wait until you cover that topic. I just ordered some books about mental training for endurance athletes.
"you've come a long way baby" congrats for turning your life around and the commitment to healthy living.
Great job James. I wish you the best of luck in this endeavor. You have a vast amount of knowledge and understanding of the sport. And tell your story over and over. Part of being a tri coach is selling dreams and hopes. People want to have success like you did. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you. I am sure we can find a way to collaborate.
Very cool James! What a difference from your "fat" picture!
Awesome. That is all I can say. Awesome!!!
You ALWAYS give great advice and are always spot on. It was only a matter of time before I knew you would end up being a coach :)
I hope you enjoy it!
I will check out the site today too!
sorry for spelling professional wrong.
Wow man quite the change.
I think a move towards coaching is a smart move. First off, it's a dream job and thus your personal and preffesional muse is fulfilled. And the sport is growing so quickly getting clients won't be a problem. So you'll make some money which is never bad. Perfect.
Living the dream! Way to go!
It sure is kinda nice to see the blueprint in front of me. You and I have a lot in common and it kinda cracks me up. I like what you are working with. I think your website demonstrates a low key approach to hard work, without any intimidation. I think newbies are easily afraid. Well done. I am looking forward to hearing about how things go. I would like updates on the number of clients you get.
Looks good! Can't believe that's you - you've come a long, healthy way! I really like the most recent article--I know i am often short-sighted too.
VERY cool. You've come a long ways.
I've been waiting to get USATF cert'd as well. Can't wait to hear your thoughts.
