WIR–April 03, 2011

Where did the bike go?  Well Boston is two weeks away.  Even though I am treating the marathon like an event I have to have some mileage.  However, even though there were only two bike sessions for the week, one of them was a breakthrough- I’ll take it right now.

TIME 9:45 hours (down 4 - last week 13:45) :
SWIM – 5500 yards (same)
BIKE – 41.5 miles (down 91.75)
RUN – 43.0 miles (up 5)
STRENGTH – 0 minutes (same )


Run hours per week for March.

Thanks for the encouragement and advice. It has been very helpful along the way. Great idea about taking pictures of all my gear for a checklist.
