Bundoran Cliff Walks and cold pools

Now in the seaside town of Bundoran. There is a seaside pool that must be about 60 degrees. The first day I swam around for 10 minutes. There were some ladies in wetsuits in the pool that said it wasn't too cold. I was just in my swim trunks. The second day I was in there for 30 minutes. It makes me think about getting a cold plunge. It was exhilarating. We also went to the beach and the students did their sand dune research projects. Later we went to a small organic farm to gather our vegetables for dinner tonight. While they did that I took a nap on the couch in the greenhouse.
