I have an endless pool. I never tried running yet. I did get it made a foot deeper than normal. Was there anything on the bottom like an aqua tmill or was it mostly running in place?

Hey RockStar Tri -

There was a belt on the floor of the pool just like a treadmill. It was very interesting. The recovery (to borrow a term from swimming) had resistance. Meaning it was harder to drive your knee forward through the water. Those intervals that I did were much slower than ‘air running’ but they were very challenging!

That just looks awesome. I assume you felt drained after a couple of those. Seems difficult!!!

That seems really cool; a very good tool for injury recovery as well as simple training purposes.
